"Easy Lady" es una canción de 1986 de la cantante italiana Spagna . Fue el primer sencillo de su álbum debut dedicado a la Luna en la que figura como sexta pista. El sencillo fue lanzado en 1986 en la mayoría de los países europeos. Aunque ella y su hermano, Theo Spagna, ya había compuesto varias canciones para artistas como Boney M o Fun Fun , Spagna era conocida por el público en general a través de este título. La portada fue diseñada por el fotógrafo Antonio Contiero que cuenta también el retrato de Ivana Spagna.
